These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Premature Millionaire website and apply to all purchases, bookings, and inquiries related to the Premature Millionaire book and speaking services provided by Keeghan Patrick.

By placing a book preorder, booking a speaking engagement, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Book Preorders

1.1 Preorder Nature

Preorders for Premature Millionaire allow customers to reserve a copy of the book prior to its official release. Estimated release dates are provided for informational purposes only and may change.

1.2 Payment

Payment for book preorders is collected at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.

1.3 Delivery

Books will be shipped or delivered digitally once production and distribution are complete. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

1.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies for preorders will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If refunds are permitted, they must be requested before the book enters production or fulfillment.

1.5 Special Preorder Benefits

Any preorder benefits, including acknowledgements or bonuses, apply only to orders placed within the stated preorder window and are non-transferable.


2. Speaking Engagements

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A speaking engagement is considered confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the required payment.


3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the engagement.


4. Client Cancellation Policy

  • 30 or more days before the event: 100% refund.

  • 8 to 29 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event within 12 months.

  • 7 days or less before the event: No refund, unless cancellation is caused by force majeure.


5. Rescheduling Policy

  • If the client reschedules 14 or more days before the event, all fees will be applied to the new date, subject to Keeghan Patrick’s availability.

  • If the event is rescheduled within 14 days, a 25% rescheduling fee applies unless the rescheduling is due to force majeure.


6. Travel and Accommodation Expenses

  • Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in speaking fees unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Business class airfare is required for all air travel.

  • All-inclusive accommodation is required for the duration of the engagement.

  • All travel and accommodation arrangements must be approved in advance.


7. Speaker Cancellation

  • If Keeghan Patrick must cancel a confirmed engagement for any reason, 100% of fees paid will be refunded.

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to assist the client in securing a qualified replacement speaker if desired.

  • No additional liability shall be incurred beyond the refund of fees paid.


8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, pandemics, or acts of God.

In such cases, both parties agree to make best efforts to reschedule the engagement on mutually agreeable terms.


9. Intellectual Property

All content delivered during speaking engagements and all materials related to Premature Millionaire, including text, recordings, slides, and branding, remain the intellectual property of Keeghan Patrick unless otherwise agreed in writing.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keeghan Patrick and the Premature Millionaire brand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, book purchases, or speaking engagements.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by the business entity operating the Premature Millionaire brand.
